Offering private yoga lessons tailored to suit your need. Lessons can be conducted online via Zoom. Please make sure you have a suitable safe and open space to practice in. No equipment is required except for a yoga mat (if you prefer to use one), yoga straps and blocks if required. Please note: clients outside of the UK may participate at their own risk.
